To do a physical journey helps cutting habits, to sit and meditate is a fantastic instrument for relaxation and growth of mindfulness. To be in serene and undisturbed nature helps you to connect to inner strength and stillness.

wandermax arranges the settings for your relaxation- you only relax. Most of us know the opposite of relaxation very well. In most cases it´s mental stress!
We shift that to physical activity in a mindfull way. Mental stress can be difficult to adress directly. So we start physically -hiking, climbing, horseback riding, rafting…- rest after the activity, combine it with meditation and let relaxation happen by itself…..
